About the Clinic

Beyoğlu Eye Training and Research Hospital Dermatology and Venereology Outpatient Clinic is our unit providing services for the diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of skin, hair, nail diseases, and sexually transmitted infections. Based on the fact that many systemic and dermatological diseases can manifest symptoms around the eyes and in ocular tissues, our clinic serves as an important bridge in our hospital's holistic treatment approach.

In our outpatient clinic, the management of dermatoses—especially those affecting the eyelids and the skin around the eyes—is meticulously carried out, alongside conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, acne, fungal infections, urticaria (hives), hair loss, and nail disorders. Furthermore, the follow-up of multisystemic diseases that show both skin and eye involvement, such as Behçet's disease, is conducted in coordination with relevant branches.

Diagnosis and Treatment Approach:

Modern examination methods, dermascopic evaluations, and, when necessary, laboratory tests are used in the diagnosis of skin diseases.

Especially in dermatological diseases carrying a risk of ocular involvement, a simultaneous and "multidisciplinary" evaluation process is followed with our ophthalmologists to prevent permanent damage.

In treatment processes, personalized medical treatments and interventional dermatological applications are planned in line with current scientific protocols.

Our Main Goal:
In harmony with our identity as a training and research hospital, our goal is to protect skin health, minimize the negative effects of skin diseases on the quality of life, and provide our patients with reliable, scientific, and patient-oriented dermatological care at international medical standards.
