2. How does the process work for international patients?
Applications from our international patients are evaluated by the Health Tourism Unit. A preliminary assessment is conducted by reviewing existing medical reports and eye examinations, an appropriate treatment plan is established, and the process planning is communicated to the patient. Throughout the treatment, all coordination is provided from a single center with a professional approach.
3. What is included in the treatment packages?
Outpatient examination packages include a specialist physician evaluation along with advanced eye examinations deemed necessary, such as OCT, visual field tests, and fundus imaging. Surgery packages include pre-operative evaluations, necessary tests, the anesthesia process, the surgical procedure, and the medical materials to be used during the operation. Package contents are personalized based on the patient's diagnosis and clinical requirements.
4. How is the post-operative follow-up process managed?
Post-operative check-ups are scheduled at our hospital; for international patients returning to their home countries, follow-up continues through online evaluations, report sharing, and remote monitoring processes. The objective is to ensure that the recovery process is maintained in a safe and controlled manner.
