Beyoğlu Eye Training and Research Hospital Strabismus Outpatient Clinic is one of the specialized units providing comprehensive services for the diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of eye misalignments, eye movement disorders, and binocular vision problems seen in childhood and adult age groups.
In our outpatient clinic, strabismus, amblyopia (lazy eye), diplopia (double vision), eye muscle palsies, childhood eye misalignments, and strabismus disorders developing in adulthood are evaluated with modern diagnostic methods, and patient-specific treatment plans are created.
In strabismus evaluations, not only the degree of eye misalignment but also visual functions, eye movements, depth perception, and binocular vision functions are examined holistically. According to the clinical needs of the patient, spectacle treatment, patching therapy, prismatic applications, orthoptic approaches, and surgical treatment options when necessary can be planned.
Our clinic provides diagnosis and treatment services for both pediatric and adult strabismus cases in line with an experienced specialist staff and current scientific approaches; it operates with a multidisciplinary evaluation understanding, especially in complex cases.
