Beyoğlu Eye Training and Research Hospital Contact Lens Unit is a specialized department offering personalized services for patients seeking an alternative to glasses for vision correction or those requiring special lenses due to medical necessity. In our clinic, advanced contact lens applications are performed to address standard refractive errors as well as complex corneal problems developing after disease or surgery.
In our unit, in addition to standard soft lenses for the correction of myopia, hyperopia, and astigmatism; specialized design lens applications (gas permeable, scleral lenses, etc.) are performed for keratoconus, corneal ectasia, irregularities after corneal transplantation, and complications following past refractive surgeries.
The application process is meticulously managed by our specialist physicians and experienced clinical team through corneal topography, detailed ocular surface examination, and tear analysis.
