Aiming to train qualified healthcare professionals while providing service and education with its academic staff,
To provide high-quality, principled education and services in our specialized healthcare fields, in accordance with Ministry of Health regulations, in the light of scientific and ethical values, prioritizing patient and employee satisfaction,
To implement a standardized residency training program in accordance with the curriculum of the Medical Specialization Board Curriculum Development and Standard Setting System (TUKMOS) and the Turkish Ophthalmological Association (TOA),
To contribute to medical science through scientific studies and educational activities,
To train physicians equipped with knowledge and skills required by the modern age, adhering to ethical rules,
To prepare in-service training plans for the institution for each academic year and to provide high-quality healthcare services by offering in-service training support to all employees (physicians, nurses, and all staff) while remaining faithful to the principles of deontology,
To closely follow the developments in science and technology, to offer innovations in service as soon as possible, and to be an advanced training center in every subject we serve.
